We offer a flat rate shipping fee to the continental US. You can find the specific fee on each product page.

Shipping International

At this time, we cannot offer International Shipping due to high costs. However, if you are interested in Modernist Mailbox products, please reach out to us and we can get you a quote.

Returns

As a small business we strive for the highest customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, we will happily discuss options with you on a case by case basis.

- If a product was damaged during shipping, we ask you to please photograph the shipping box as documentation and reach out to us for next steps.

- If you changed your mind and the product is unopened, we will gladly accept a return. However, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping.
